The real power of the work we do with job seekers is to create a community of accountability. The toughest challenge of the job search process: staying focused on the tasks that matter the most in the face of process that erodes confidence and evokes the fear of rejection.
Having people around you who are going through similar challenges is key to success.
We start the process of building community in the four week Job Search Accelerator course. Participants are then invited to continue meeting as a group, either on their own or with guidance from one of our facilitators.
